Our Club Structure

Poynton Rotary Club Council comprises six officers: a President; Secretary; and Treasurer, the President Elect (who is scheduled to become President in the next Rotary year), the Immediate Past President and the President Nominee (who is scheduled to become President the year after next).  The Executive comprises the three committee chairmen who are voted in annually. There are several other administrative posts and appointments.

The Council meet with the Executive on a monthly basis and share minutes of those proceedings with the membership. Any member may attend a council meeting and has an equal vote when a project or financial matter arises.
