Poynton Community Centre
Poynton Community Centre is based in Poynton’s historic Village School which was originally built in 1838 to provide education for the local miner’s children in Poynton. Over the years the Centre has seen many changes and has been expanded and modified to meet the growing needs of Poynton.
Poynton and District Rotary Club has made a financial donation to help Poynton Community Centre with their major decoration and renovation project. Local businesses and organisations have also joined in and provided donations to help keep this precious community facility available to the people of Poynton.
